We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to join the Orms Marketing team.

Budget & Analytics Wizardry: Bring your A-game in managing budgets for paid media campaigns and wow us with your analytical prowess. This would include regular, detailed reports on the performance of our content channels and the ROI of our social media investments.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the growth strategy for the Orms social platforms
  • Working closely with our Junior Social Coordinator and the greater marketing team to conceptualize and produce YouTube, social content and Instagram Reels
  • Working closely with the Marketing Manager and the broader marketing team on campaigns from conception to implementation
  • Tracking and analyzing the overall social, content and paid performance and compiling monthly reports with key insights & strategic recommendations
  • Be in the loop with the latest social trends, innovations and developments and bring new ideas to the table for our platforms
  • Help to deliver a consistent brand experience across all platforms and pro-actively increase growth, engagement, social traffic and traffic to the website
  • Make recommendations on the most impactful and cost-effective assets for digital platforms
  • Maintain relationships with collaborators and highlight new opportunities for collaboration within our social communities
  • Management of all social budgets and the implementation of all paid and organic social campaigns

Our ideal candidate has:

  • A good working knowledge of Facebook Business Manager is a must, as well as experience with X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube in a business capacity
  • At least 2 years’ experience working in a social-focused role
  • Proven track record of growing and retaining social audiences
  • Proven paid social experience – specifically optimizing ROI, lead generation, and audience retargeting
  • A passion for photography, content creation and curation
  • Strong creative writing skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • A hard working, determined and can-do attitude
  • Advantageous: Experience within a Retail environment on a social level

DRIVER

Job Title: Driver

RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Daily Deliveries and collections that are scheduled between 8h00 & 17h00 Monday to Friday and 8h00 to 13h00 on alternating Saturdays.
  • Ensuring that all deliveries are made in good time and that the necessary paperwork is returned to the relevant people.
  • All delivery and collection notes need to be signed by the receiver.
  • Ensure that if there is nothing to do, report back to the office to handle other deliveries, even if they are not due today.

INHERENT/SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS TO DO THE JOB:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Good time management skills – work well under pressure and tight deadlines.

  • To be available on the company cellphone during working hours.

PRINT ROOM MANAGER

RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Management of all Print Room staff & Production Processes within PR.

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION REQUIRED TO PERFORM JOB:

5+ years proven experience in the leadership and motivation of staff, including IR practices. Must be a customer satisfaction and relationship expert. A passion for marketing and sales strategy. Competent in management of business processes.

INHERENT/SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS TO DO THE JOB:

Ability to resolve conflicts & solve problems skillfully. Management of ‘creatives’.

SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION:

To help drive and develop the strategy of Orms ‘Creative Printing and Décor solutions’. To manage the sales and production teams within Orms Print Room to ensure that customers receive excellent customer service as well as the best quality products within the time frame required.
In this role you are required to maintain a motivated, inspired & positive team within the Print Room, while liaising with the other production departments to ensure that orders get processed and produced within the time frame required.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

  • To establish a positive and professional atmosphere within the Print Room store where customers feel inspired to visit and be creative.
  • Ensuring that the store remains an organised, clean and tidy environment at all times.

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working in the design field, preferably in online media
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator
  • Familiarity with Mailchimp or similar email-platforms

JUNIOR MARKETING COORDINATOR

Job Title: Junior Marketing Coordinator

KEY FOCUS AREAS
1. Marketing Support: Assisting with the coordination of marketing activities & campaigns including project briefs and timeline management, event planning, marketing orders and supplier communications.
2. Copy Writing: Crafting copy that aligns with the brand for our digital channels including social media, the Orms connect blog, newsletters and media releases.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for:

Administrative & Project Management:

  • Attending key strategy sessions, product briefings, brand statuses and supplier meetings
  • Assisting with collating each session into clear and precise minutes and translating these minutes into campaign briefs with the Head of Design including clear timelines, budgets and design requirements
  • Coordinating and updating the marketing calendar to include upcoming promotions, launches and events and circulating this calendar weekly to the Marketing and Management teams.
  • Communicating with external suppliers ahead of key campaigns for relevant marketing assets
  • Communicating with key internal stakeholders ahead of campaign launches for hero messaging and products for design briefs
  • Stock management and replenishment of marketing materials
  • Evaluation and execution of regional sponsorship requests
  • Providing additional administrative support as needed.

Events & Brand Campaigns:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of brand lead events including vendor & supplier requirements, promotional materials, props, set up, media and influencer attendance as well as post campaign reporting
  • Manage event registration, monitor tickets sales and manage pre-event communications to attendee’s
  • Maintain a database of event vendors for future events and collaborations
  • Assist with external projects such as expos & activations, brand sponsorships and competitions
  • Research and stay abreast of relevant brands for collaboration opportunities & competitions

Copy Writing:

  • Drafting copy for emails, social media posts, blogs, website updates, and promotional materials.
  • Provide a monthly analytic report on the performance of the blog to drive strategy for future content

Public Relations:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers
  • Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and pitch stories to media outlets where required and where budget is available
  • Monitor media coverage through our media monitoring service (Hello Peter, Newsclip & Google Business) and compile reports on media mentions, Google reviews, PR campaign effectiveness, and public sentiment

EDUCATION

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE

  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, content, or administrative support role (internships may count)
  • Familiarity with coordinating campaigns and content calendars

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
